The journey will go through nine countries in Southern and Eastern Africa. We will start in Cape Town, South Africa, head up the east coast and enter into Mozambique. Next we will cross over into Zimbabwe, up through Zambia, Malawi and into Tanzania. After that only Kenya and Uganda remain before we make it to Juba, South Sudan.
