Innovative ideas

New ideas, innovation and change is what moves us all forward. There is a wealth of ingenuity in developing countries that enable the poorest to make something out of nothing, and others to leave behind poverty and make a better lives for themselves are their communities.

The central premise behind Letters to Juba is that what works for people in the Philippines could also work for people in Malawi, and what works in Mozambique might also work in South Sudan. The goal is therefore to find such innovative ideas and share them - making them available to everyone.

We want this to become a platform to share and discuss these new, innovative ideas that provide practical solutions to a wide range of problems faced in developing countries, from food security to unemployment and everything in between.  The ideas we gather on our trip will be posted here.

We also encourage you to share your ideas, or things you have heard of that have worked in a developing country around the world. Please share your ideas or examples of innovative projects that make a difference on the ground with us and everyone else by emailing them to letterstojuba@gmail.com
